It’s a no brainer that a preschool aged child thrives better with one-on-one attention which is possible in a home-based setting. Also, In-Home setting is the best environment for children to flourish as it mimics the nurturing environment of their home where children can freely express their needs and tendencies. A trained and experienced Montessori guide is able to cater to those unique needs.

A work cycle, simply, consists of selecting an activity, doing it, achieving internal satisfaction for the work and then selecting the next task. When one experiences this cycle of “choose-do-return to order-satisfaction, then choose again,” a powerful success cycle is created for the student, with feelings of accomplishment and contentment.

When a child is having a productive work cycle, we’ll say they are “on a roll.” The child will go from task to task, choosing progressively harder tasks within the scope of the curriculum as time allows. On those high-achieving days, the student feels unstoppable.
